At Our Lady of Guadalupe School, students learn about their Catholic faith and what it means to be Christian in the modern world. Through classroom instruction every day, they get to know and understand the Gospel message which is then implemented in their school, home and community. Families are welcome to attend all student Masses and events. Please see the school calendar for dates and times.
Our Lady of Guadalupe School is an extension of the Archdiocesan community. Daily prayer, weekly School Mass, monthly Family Mass, seasonal reconciliation, participation in the Sacraments, and daily Religion instruction are an integral component of our curriculum.
Sacraments
The sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion are celebrated after a two year Sacramental Preparation program involving both the student and parents. While students in grade 2 receive these sacraments, all students receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion before they graduate from 8th grade.
