Please remember to submit your child’s Emergency Card, Lunch Application, Internet Permission Form and Parent Release Form.
Additionally, if your child is allowed to walk home after school, please submit the Walk Home Permission Form. If your child will be staying in the Cougar Care After School Program, please submit the respective application.
