General information is provided for parents at the New Parent Orientation, Back-to-School night, through occasional other meetings, and through Weekly Newsletter, and other information sent home as needed.
Weekly Newsletter
Every Tuesday the OLG Parent Newsletter goes home. The newsletter features a principal’s message, upcoming events, reminders, lunch menus, etc.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Formal conferences are scheduled at the end of the first trimester and mid-third trimester (if applicable). Parents may request a conference with a teacher at any time throughout the year.
Progress Reports
Reports are sent home every seven weeks. Deficiencies are sent home for students with an average below a C.
